What Am I Looking For In A Church?

I am looking for a place where I can have a real encounter with the true God.

I am looking for a place where they will tell me the truth about myself, about my life and what it’s all about. No sugar coating. No smoke and mirrors. No fanciful claims. No superstar ministers. Just the undiluted Word of God.

I want to find a place where the pastor is real and accessible.

I want a place where the Word of God and the move of Spirit are equally emphasized.

I want a place where I can be set free.

I know my weaknesses. I am intimately acquainted with the sorrows, setbacks and heartaches of this life. Hurt and pain have invaded my space and I want OUT. Last but not least, I know I was never meant to live this life alone trusting in my own strength and resources. I know I need God.

On the other hand, I may be a great success who has accomplished every ambition and dream and found out it has left me empty and dissatisfied and so…here I am - searching.

Jesus said, in John 8: 31-32, “If you abide in my word ...you will know the truth and the truth will set you free”...who the Son (Jesus) sets free is free indeed!

You have come to the right place. Jesus is here and with him LIBERATION and TRUTH.

WELCOME TO THE HOUSE.  WELCOME HOME.

What Is The “Church”?

Is it a corporation, a physical structure, a place of rituals and ceremonies, or a roof under which a series of elaborate programs take place?

Here at The House, the church is about people. Each individual believer is the “house” where God lives; and together they are collectively the true Body of Christ.

(1 Corinthians 6:19, 1 Peter 2:5)

We are the eyes, ears, hands and mouthpiece of the living God. We want to introduce you to Him that He might live in you too.

Whoever comes in through our doors will discover that serving Jesus is the greatest joy anyone can experience.

The kingdom of God is a party. At The House, the celebration never ends.

(Romans 14:17-18)
